SM5822/82 Series

Combining state-of-the-art pressure sensor technology with CMOS digital signal processing technology, the SM5800 series of OEM pressure sensors are amplified, fully conditioned, multi-order pressure and temperature compensated sensors. They are available both in a dual in-line (DIP) package configuration and in a low cost SO-16 plastic package. Thanks to combining the pressure sensor with a custom signal conditioning ASIC in a single package, the use of advanced silicon micro-machined pressure sensors is simplified.

The SM5800 series are available for Standard Pressure (0-60 psi FS) and Low Pressure (from 0-0.15 to 0-3 psi FS)
